This is a 'recruitment organisation' called developyourpotential. They find jobseekers online, contact you, discuss your CV etc and tell you that you're a candidate for a job, but under-qualified. Pay them money, they'll train you, you might get that job

Talked to them for about 40 minutes, they tried to flatter me by saying I had a good heart and good personality with some transferable skills and that I just needed a few extra skil
