Tried to tell me that they had discovered problems with my computer. They told me they were from Microsoft and I said I didn't believe they were and to please not call again.

Called to try and gain access to PC remotely said it had been hacked and had been downloading illegal materials. Very threatening and abusive. Indian accent.

APPARENTLY CALLER FROM MICROSOFT TELLING ME I HAVE DOWNLOADED A VIRUS. DON'T BELIEVE IT. HE HAD MY ADDRESS AS WELL.

This number called my elderly mums number, I answered, they said it was something to do with Windows then mentioned computer, I told them not to ring this number again that there was no computer at the property and to remove our number from their database

Microsoft Technical Department. - Told him to get lost.

Got a call from this number - saying they were from Microsoft. Told them to s F'ing calling me and they were talking a load of crap. Hung up.... These people are a pain in the ass.

Obviously calling from abroad- even though code says from Wales. Didn't answer immediately and then said he was from Microsoft. Asked if he had heard of telephone preference and he just carried on talking. Told him not to call me and put phone down !
