Received a call from Asian 14:20 today saying from BT saying he was giving 35% discount for Xmas and needs Bank account details .. Its disgraceful this is still happening what if it is elderly person who gets this call and gives there bank account number?

American accent said I was the only person in this conference call then hung up !!!!!!!

Total scam. Pretends to be from BT, asks for postcodes and bank details.

I too had a call from an Asian sounding man offering me generous discounts on my BT bill.
When I queried this he repeatedly asked me to confirm my postcode as I believe he was trying to trick me into giving the correct one. Realised this was a scam

Had a guy with an asian accent who told me he was from windows, I told him I didn't like people who lie and put the phone down on him. These people either want to infect your computer with viruses, take control of your computer or scam you in other ways,

Called by this number. They didn't respond and hung up when asked who is calling!

Had call today sounded like it was coming from a office. no one spoke.

Had a call at 4.12pm today from an Asian sounding man called "Robin", wanting to discuss my BT bill. I told him I don't have a BT bill, Robin/robbing seems to be a very good name for him, plus we are on TPS, these people should be blocked by BT.

Called today 19/12/16 hung up before I could answer. looked up number looks like a scam.

Has a phone call this morning from these people at8.20 am said they where from BT accounts and asked if they where speaking to a different name than my own
So I just hung up and blocked this number this is the second time from this person in the las

A foreign sounding man phoned me at work this morning, shouting that he was from British Telecom, there was lots of background noise. Clearly not legitimate.

Rang today at very inconvenient time. By the time I got to the phone there was no answer. How do we s this form of scamarrassment?

had phone call from this number at 13.23 Monday 19th December 2016, I answered no one spoke could hear chatter in the back ground like a call centre, then they hung up. These people need to be fined for the interuption & wasting folks time.

Like all the other reports above, I had a very persistent 'Asian' sounding person who rang back twice this afternoon after I told him I didn't believe a word he was saying.

Rang me today, telling me he was from BT, told him I thought he was a scammer, he hung up

Repeat calls from this lot, always Asian, from BT apparently, offering fantastic deals. All they want is my bank card details to commence.
