BT persist is phoning for someone who does not live at this address and never has. They phone frequently. If it is known that BT are doing this, why are they not sped? They have been doing it for at least 5 years. Does no one have the clout to stand up

Have received 3 calls in a week claiming they are from Sky TV and my sports channels will be cut off if I don't pay there and then over the the phone. Told them to send details in the post.
