Initially you get the robot womans voice, but if you say anything like 'yes' that you have been in an accident, you are then put thru to a human, who tries to get your details etc.

Particularly fed up as I was waiting for a call from a Milton Keynes number.

Sounds like a real voice but it's not. Have you been in an accident that's not your fault? If you say the word yes anywhere you get transferred to the 'supervisor'. The real voice. I asked for the company name and he hung up. These calls drive me insane.

Emma from Proficient Solutions called about an accident I'd been involved in. I told them I'd report them to theTtelephone Preference Service for cold calling. She put me through to a male supervisor. I told him he same thing and he hung up.
